Central Mall is located at 3657 Tecumseh Road East in Windsor, Ontario. This small local mall should be dead, but isn’t – it is one of Windsor’s three remaining indoor shopping malls. Unrenovated 80s decoration and design, 80s kiddie rides, even tenants that have clearly been here since the 80s. Visited August 17, 2026.
